"Competence, care and comfort"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

I wish to report my experience since I began chemotherapy treatment six months ago at Worcester Royal Acute Hospital's

Haematology Department. My specialist is so kind. His commitment, skill and compassion are remarkable. His team really do work as a team, showing courtesy, co-operation and professional respect with one another. They seldom stand still and move confidently, calmly and with unfailing good humour. Each patient is admitted with a cheerful "Hello - come on in." I never feel a "faceless number" - if there is a hiatus, someone will tell us what is happening - we are not left isolated or forgotten. I am thankful for all their diligence.
