(as the patient),

I have  heart failure and a bacterial lung infection. My medication was set down by Cardiac and Respiratory clinics. However on discharge the doctors/pharmacy in EAU removed my inhaler and beta blocker medications for some unknown  reason. When I questioned these decisions they were reversed but the discharge papers had to be re-written and I became an involuntary ‘bed blocker’. All in all dangerous, chaotic and inefficient.
