"No communication - getting a bit desperate"

About: The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust

Having been listed for decompression surgery last year and being told that February/March were possible dates I undertook pre-op in January ( now expired I'm sure ). Since then nothing. My GP has written. I spent hours trying to contact my surgeon’s secretary but the phone was never answered. I'm getting so much worse as the days go on. I have every faith in my surgeon’s abilities but I just can't seem to have the two of us meet in an operating theatre. I just feel completely abandoned the first time I have really needed the nhs.

What is going on? My wife was under the care of the now retired nurosurgeon with the initials pre since the late 90s and to this day albeit with a different Doctor has always been looked after well really well.

No point telling me to contact the patient experience team because I did via email and also left a phone message on 7th of May and didn't receive a response to either. Despite getting confirmation that my email was received.
