About: Bellshill Locality Support Service / Muirpark (Short Term Rehab) General practices in Lanarkshire Motherwell Locality Support Service / Integrated Rehabilitation Team

(as a service user),

I am very grateful to appreciate the Doctors and staff at the practice.

Also NHS that assisted me in obtaining the mobility aids to move around along with the chair lift big thank you to Sioban & Janet Emma for the help most grateful fully appreciated.

Made a fast difference to my life.

I am the Operational Lead Manager for an integrated rehabilitation team. Our team has occupational therapy staff from both North Lanarkshire Council and NHS Lanarkshire. We also have NHS Lanarkshire physiotherapy and support staff from both organisations.
