"It was very painful"

(as the patient),

It was very painful despite taking advised 400mg of Ibuprofen 1-2 hours before, this never helped. I only carried on to avoid another wait and another procedure. However, I found the nursing staff to be good.

Thanks for taking the time after your recent procedure to post some feedback on your experience.

I am sorry that you found the procedure so painful and that the advised pain relief never helped. You did amazingly well by continuing with the procedure and I'm sure you are relieved that it is now over.

I am pleased to hear the positive comments regarding the nursing staff and I hope they managed in some way to make the procedure more tolerable for you. I will pass this feedback on to the staff.
