The service has been good, staff always around to help! They showed me I was on the right tack already. I never felt judged, treated me like a human being. Beth has been very supportive and helpful, checking in with me regularly on the wing.

I never classed myself as an addict and thought groups were a waste of time. My offending has always been linked to drink or drugs so thought I'd give this a go, glad I did! Confirmed strategies I had already put in place can work for me in the long term.
