"Pleasant and calm natured staff"

About: Bridgwater Community Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I brought my 12 year old son to the Bridgewater Hospital today to have his first diabetic eye screen.

He is a very nervous child but all the staff were very good at calming him down.

Thank you all, hopefully the next screen will be easier for him due to the pleasant, calm natured staff who were on shift today.
