I am aged 50+ and discovered several months ago I had contracted genital warts. The sense of embarrassment and fear I felt was enormous. I attended the GUM clinic in Braid Valley, Ballymena for a series of appointments. I was made comfortable and always treated with the highest levels of professionalism, kindness and unlimited, unconditional positive regard. No question was left unanswered and the warm approach by all staff meant I felt able to ask questions and understand my treatment. I will forever be grateful to the staff for their time and support.
