Along with others who have left reviews I have been unable to rearrange a bone density scan as the contact number on the appointment letter is 'not valid' and the medical centre number simply disconnects. I have been to the center in person to try and resolve this only to be told it's not their problem. They did however give me another number to ring, and guess what?! Number not valid. No doubt patients who miss their appointment through being unable to rearrange dates are marked as 'no shows' and get discharged back to their GP - perhaps this is the purpose of what seems a deliberate attempt to prevent patients being able to rearrange appointments. Shameful.
