"Made an uncomfortable situation more bearable"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had a 2WW appointment for a Colposcopy.

During the procedure i was advised i needed to have 10/12 cysts drained and cauterised. understandably, i was nervous about this.

However the consultant - Mr Bisheri - and the nurses - Helena and Sue - were reassuring and comforting. They made an uncomfortable situation more bearable.
