I cannot praise the Levern Valley Rehab Team highly enough.

I asked my doctor for a referral to Occupational Therapists and on the first visit with Carol I was treated with compassion and she was a good listener. She led me round the house and identified various areas she could help make my life easier and offered items to aid me (but also pointed out various items she saw as a problem). Various items were very quickly delivered and/or installed. 

Carol kept in touch to make sure that everything was satisfactory and if there was a problem she sorted it out right away. 

Shortly after meeting Carol I was visited by Chris, a therapist, who also recommended aids to help me and these were delivered very quickly. 

On a weekly basis Chris would work with me on exercises and the aids. He had a lovely way of encouraging me and was also quick to praise. 

I never felt rushed or judged and again was treated with compassion.

Thank you for providing feedback to the Levern Valley Community Rehabilitation staff who have been supporting you following your GP referral to our service. I am pleased to read that their interventions and rehabilitation have been delivered in a compassionate manner and that this has made a positive impact on your health.
