"Lovely staff"

Mostly we have different members of staff and all the ladies are good-they don’t give you the impression they have to rush off. There’s one especially who tops the list-she is marvellous-she doesn’t just care about my husband’s dressing she looks to see if there’s anything else needed for example lifting the chair up. My husband has Alzheimer’s and we all struggle and she is very understanding -she even makes sure that I am ok and I get encouragement and feedback from her to keep me going. Anna is a lovely girl. We never get any bother from any of them.
