"Never Answer The Phone"

About: Alexandra Hospital

I live 170 miles away but my dad lives in bromsgrove. He's in hospital and I have been trying to reach the hospital for hours and no-one answers the phone, it rings and after a few minutes it's cut off! This is unacceptable! I'm worried for my dad who was bought in by ambulance, and I can't get through! They have zero idea of the anxiety this causes to families.

The last time I was up there to visit, he was also left in soiled sheets and I had to ask the nurse to get them changed.

I hope I never have to use such an appallingly run hospital. Just awful.
