(as the patient),

It was my birthday and the entire team sang me Happy Birthday.

I've been a regular at the clinic for 4 years and genuinely look forward to my infusions.

Not only do they keep me well, but I love the care and compassion the exceptional team show.

They are deeply appreciated by me, and hope they are appreciated as much by everyone in the organisation.

I am so pleased that our small gesture made your Birthday visit a slightly more enjoyable experience. We do try to make time to get to know our patients, and to provide a welcoming environment, so it feels great to have that recognised.
