I attended an appointment with the Dietitian in Shantallow Health Centre and I found it to be both very helpful and informative.
The Dietitian, whose name was Lucy, was very patient with me and listened to how I am, at times, struggling with my diet due to my having undergone serious surgery for the removal of my oesophagus.
The Dietitian, Lucy, discussed the importance of my diet and how I should try to get as much protein as I could by eating the correct foods. Furthermore, I was told that I would benefit from some form of protein supplements and that this would be arranged between my GP & the Dietitian.
I was very grateful for the way in which the Dietitian listened to me and how she offered me the help and support that I need with my dietary needs.
"Offered me the help and support that I need"
