This is one awful surgery

Sadly today this surgery continues to be awful. I can spent forever as number one in the queue when I try to call for an appointment. Eventually I attended in person while my phone was still on hold. Using the ask my gp, which only opens for a very short period of time each day is equally painful. While the NHS is in melt down Burnham medical centre stands out as one of the very worst. It may be time to consider closing this surgery and send patients to an alternative centre. It couldn't possibly be any worse.

Closing a surgery is never the answer, as this only puts extra demands on other services, who themselves are struggling.

Therefore, I would ask that you help us to improve by providing me with more information.
