"Excellent service with lots of much needed empathy"

I was seen recently at Podiatry at Ninewells for advice on a long standing problem with my right foot. My journey to this point has been long and quite disjointed at times. I saw Paula today in Podiatry and she was very helpful and friendly. She thoroughly examined my foot and talked to me in depth about my issues. Together we have probably pinpointed my problem and Paula has suggested some strategies to try for the next 6 weeks with a follow up after that. Excellent service with lots of much needed empathy shown. It was good to have some solutions offered to try and help improve my situation. 5* service.
