"Can't fault it and am extremely grateful"

About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

Every single member of staff was kind, helpful, friendly and was working their hardest to ensure the best possible care.

It was my first experience having surgery (adult tonsillectomy) and staying overnight but I was put at ease and everything was explained clearly.

Huge thanks to everybody who took part in part of my care and recovery. Big shout out to Sarah in the recovery team who showed me such kindness and is clearly great at her job and takes care over her patients.

Helena and her surgery team did an excellent job and I felt at ease and informed about the procedure. The whole anaesthetist and pre op team were so friendly and working so incredibly hard.

Unfortunately don’t know all the staff members names but the entire staff on Otter Ward need a huge shout out for their hard work, team work, expertise and care. I honestly can’t fault it and am extremely grateful.
