"Home Treatment - Appalling service"

The service is absolutely appalling.

They messed me around, bringing me in to see certain people who wouldn't be in. They actively made me more depressed and when I asked them to leave me alone they continued to contact me.

When I finally saw somebody who actually had a clue what was going on, they discharged me with no medication, no treatment plan, no recommendations.

I left the 'care' of the home treatment team more depressed than when I came into it.

I'd never reach out in a mental health crisis again as they actively make things worse.
