"Appointment wait and refreshments"

About: Newham Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate / Newham Health Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We received good welcome, but we waiting - we came early. Our appointment was at 10.00am. I think the Doctors are busy attending other patients.

Environment was nice, clean and welcoming.

Because of waiting, if there will offering coffee/tea it will be lovely.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you found the area welcoming and clean. We are able to offer people water from the water cooler while they are waiting to see our team but unfortunately it is not possible for the kitchen to be accessed from reception to offer hot drinks.
