"Psychiatrist review"

About: Newham Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate / Newham Health Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We visit the team for one of our customer’s psychiatrist review. We feel welcomed. We are offered a seat politely whilst waiting to be seen. The team address us well and we were greeted with a smile which relates my customer that we brought for the review meeting. We had a good discussion which has been helpful. Decisions taken will benefit customer that was brought for the review.
