"Her tone of voice made me feel welcome"

About: Newham Adult Mental Health, Learning Disabilities & Autism Directorate / Newham Health Team for Adults with Learning Disabilities

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I felt welcome by the receptionist. Her tone of voice made me feel welcome. I did not know the Doctor I was supposed to see, but she helped out.

There is nothing much you could do better. I just realised the furniture has been changed in the reception since my last visit. They look beautiful.

We are pleased to hear that you like the new chairs in reception! We are also going to decorate the walls to make the area nicer as well.

Thank you for sharing your experiences and we have let our receptionist know that her work is appreciated.
