(as the patient),

Im not happy about the fracture clinic being moved, it made me late for my appointment as i got lost. It would be very helpful and smart to move it back to its original location to avoid further confusion.

Thank you for taking the time to share this experience with us. I am so sorry that you got lost and subsequently were running late for your appointment.

I can understand how frustrating that must've felt. I will revaluate signage to establish areas for improvement.
