"Looked after by some lovely, caring nurses"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

What a wonderful team of professionals. After being informed of a cancellation slot, very quickly had pre-op assessment, then surgery (reverse shoulder replacement) the following week. Had a 2 night stay in hospital where I was looked after by some lovely, caring nurses. The doctors were also extremely attentive, explaining each step of the procedure. Now looking forward to a full recovery. Thank you NHS.

Good Afternoon Pal,

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this lovely feedback.

I am very lucky to have such a wonderful and caring team on the ward and I am pleased that this has shone through to you throughout your stay with us. We do have a wonderful large team here at the NTC and I will pass this feedback on to all of our staff.

Wishing you all the best in your recovery

Tanya and The NTC Team.
