This course (Positive wellbeing and self care) has taught me some very useful tactics to enable me to deal with me mental health issues more efficiently.
I have day to day struggles and doing things like having a checklist have made several days more tolerable.
Personally I am very bad at recognising my own achievements and actually having a physical checklist gives me something I can refer back to.
Other skills, like getting healthier and sleeping better has had a real impact on my current state and progress.
