"The way I was treated was exceptional"

(as a service user),

I presented for a 'potential' skin cancer procedure last week at Dermatology.

I was given a surgical procedure by Nurse Consultant Karly with Michelle Senior Nurse and student nurse Wendy.

The service and the way I was treated was exceptional. From explaining what would happen through to explaining what would happen next was first class. Both nurses are a credit to NHS Tayside.

The professionalism, skill and humour of the nurses should be recognised and in a society when sweeping statements are made about the state of our NHS people should remember the incredible services they still receive along the way.
