"Time was always found to discuss his plan of care"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

My husband became unwell recently with abdominal pain and vomiting. After discussions with NHS24 it was decided to take him to a&e .

From his arrival to transfer to an inpatient ward his care was excellent. Many thanks to Stuart, Elliot , Belle  and Paul for their care and support and professionalism . The unit was busy as always but we never felt that,  as time was always found to discuss his plan of care and results.

Thank you

Dear L15,

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive feedback with us following your husbands recent experience with NHS24 and our Emergency Department. I was pleased to read that your husbands inpatient care was a positive experience and he received good communication from staff relating to his care and treatment.

I will ensure to share this feedback with the staff concerned as I know they will appreciate your kind words.

Kind regards

Jamie
