"The overall experience was faultless!"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a service user),

Used the phone first option and got an appointment within an hour.  Attended the unit and was seen and assessed early by the Nurse Practitioner Heather.  Helen the radiographer was chatty and very thorough!! Marvie and Rosie provided me with treatment and gave advice all done with a bit of banter which made the experience so much better.  The overall experience was faultless!  I was discharged with follow up referral within an hour.  Thank you so much to the team in the Minor Injuries Unit, I couldn't have asked for a better service.  I would highly recommend this service.  Give them a raise!
