"exceptional care and kindness."

About: Royal United Hospital

My dad has melanoma and his cancer nurse is just wonderful. We can call her anytime with questions and she either answers them on the spot or finds out and comes back to us. It is so reassuring to know we have this extra support. She has helped me several times when I have been worried about dad. I never feel she is trying to rush me off the phone when I have called. Unfortunately I was unable to leave your name. Thanks ka you're the best.

Dear Ms Seymour.

We thank you for your comments about your father's care at the RUH and will forward these on to the Melanoma team who, we are sure, will be very grateful for your kind words.

With best wishes

The Patient Experience Team.
