I attend the service with my daughter, who has cerebral palsy. She recently had started wearing a splint, which is a big change for her and for us.
The whole team have made adjusting to this process easier, showing kindness and professionalism.
We have been fortunate to see the lead of the orthotic service, Mel, on two occasions and he is without a doubt the most genuine, kind hearted and caring professional I have come across.
Mel makes my daughter feel so special and has really put my anxious mind at ease. He is fantastically knowledgeable, practical and realistic and really has made a difference to our lives. He is a real asset to the service!
"Has made a difference to our lives"
