Polite and welcoming smiles from reception, then at orthopaedics, excellent manner from the Doctor and his nurse, more smiles at Xray.
Starting to think I was in a private hospital by mistake.
This is a lesson to all hospitals, does not matter how busy or stressed, there is always room for politeness and a smile. It makes a huge difference. Thanks to all.
