"Excellent service and care"

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care I received from the physiotherapists at Whitehills Hospital following foot and shoulder injuries from two falls.

After a phone call to my GP, I was referred to physiotherapy. My first appointment was with Gordon, who was very approachable, patient, caring, and professional.

Subsequently, I was referred to Gail for my ongoing physiotherapy. She was equally professional, patient, and caring, and she took the time to clearly explain the purpose of each exercise. Gail’s approach was truly amazing.

I am particularly thankful to Gail for gently suggesting that I consider using a walking stick. Initially, I was reluctant, but her advice has significantly boosted my confidence when I am out and about.

Words cannot fully express my gratitude to Gail for restoring my confidence and significantly improving the condition of my shoulder and ankle.

Despite the overall challenges facing the NHS, my personal experience has been exceptional. From one phone call, I received physiotherapy, an X-ray, an MRI scan, and a referral to Orthotics.
