i was treated appallingly , belittled, laughed at. not helped at all, waste of time going there, there full of very false promises , they really deep down dont care , there fibbers, and you get belittled by them. stay well clear of these people and system , you,d be better off keeping away from them .

Hi,

Firstly I would like to apologise for the experience you have had and how this has made you feel. My name is Chris Barnes and I work for Change Grow Live (CGL) as the national service user involvement lead. Through my role I listen to people using CGL services so that we can continually learn and improve what we do as an organisation.

CGL provide a lot of services across the England and Scotland. Unfortunaly, from your feedback I am unable to identify which service you have used. I would really appreciate learning more about what has happened. So we can get you in touch with he right person to respond to you.
