About: Dementia and Older Persons Mental Health

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have attended the group for 8 weeks, it has helped me feel better about myself. I am spending more time in the community now I have accepted I have a dementia diagnosis. Kim and Dave have been so supportive, I recommend the group to anyone that has a diagnosis of dementia.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am pleased to hear you have had a positive experience. Accepting a diagnosis can be very difficult and I am glad to hear you felt supported and cared for during this time.

I will ensure your feedback is shared with Kim and Dave who I am sure will be delighted to hear you had a positive experience.
