"Re Enablement following a hospital admission."

About: Community health and Care Services / Reablement Team

(as a relative),

My uncle used Re Enablement following a hospital admission.

From Pamela's OT assistance to Ilda the first carer to bust, all the carers were kind and caring. My uncle felt Heather was particularly empathetic to his needs.

He would like to thank them all, and anyone who is unfortunate to need them should have no concerns as they are in the best hands in South Ayrshire.

We appreciate your feedback, and we are delighted that we were able to support your uncle to become independent following your hospital admission.

We know how difficult this period has been for your uncle and his family and we are glad that we were able to support you.

I will pass on your kind comments to Pamela our Occupational Therapy Assistant and to Ilze, Heather and all the carers who provided support.
