"A novel about an implant removal"

About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

Well here goes…

My husband and I knew what was coming. A short trip, a lonely wait and a terrifying battle with a powerful sorceress!

We arrived at the pre-arranged hour. He drops me at the door with little reassurance that I have the will to battle the forces ahead of me!

I take a deep breath as the car pulls away from the roadside. The wind blew around me gently ruffling my fringe. I walk up to the doorway and with an air of foreboding the doors peel back like a yawning maw beckoning me into the depths of its hallways beyond.

The room ahead was vacant of life but thankfully there were signs and runes that were decipherable that indicated the path I should go.

A short walk onwards and I was greeted by a kind face who reassured me I was going the right way. They pointed me to a hallway behind me and with a nod I readied myself for the battle to follow. I entered a room with seats and sat down patiently.

I gathered my thoughts and fought hard to remember the spells I had learned so long ago. My musing were interrupted by another kind face inviting me to follow her. Aha, I thought, luring me into a false sense of security, but this may be the best chance I have to survive.

The door to the room loomed ahead and it was already open. The sorceress was ready for me. Her sweet, kind voice filled my ears as she asked me questions and I was compelled to answer. Alas I have fallen under her spell and I am at her mercy.

Before I knew what was happening I was laid upon the altar. My arm was numb! I couldn’t move! There was a slight pain, a bit of pressure and suddenly the sorceress had removed the object she sought. I was patched up and sent on my way. A little happier and a little brighter that I had completed my mission and albeit not entirely unscathed I was healthy and alive. I can fight another day!

Hope you enjoyed that little novel since the first question asked me for a story. Genuinely the implant removal was a simple procedure and Charlotte & Ciara were amazing. Really happy with their care. x
