"Great experience"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Trauma Assessment Unit

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I should tell you about the story I experienced in the local hospital where I went with the complaint of a minor vehicle accident, which actually started badly but ended very well.

Unfortunately, after waiting for about 10 hours in the emergency department, I was referred to the physiotherapy clinic. It was a painful night, but the attention of the nurses and doctors was excellent.

We had the same experience during the birth of my daughter 13 months ago. Thanks to everyone.

Hello Murat,

I am sorry to hear about your recent accident and subsequent long wait in the emergency department.

It was a pleasure to care for you within the trauma assessment recently, I am glad to read that you felt you were looked after well.

I wish you a speedy recovery.
