(as a service user),

First of all scared afraid and lonely and excited. Got in had a vape straight away said hello and got to know everyone quickly and staff are amazing and treated like a gold star.

As soon as I walked through door I saw all staff and relaxed after speaking to staff.

Alcohol detox - was scared of the detox and drugs detox and alcohol I was worried but heroin cocaine crack and methadone detox was worse  - never felt aches and pains like it.

Staff and clients kept me safe and made me feel good. Now I feel better than before I came in.
