To the Team who visited us for 8 days and raised our spirits and gave us so much confidence.
We miss your visits very much but we send a very big thank you to everyone who came to Chilbolton.
You were all Champions.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
