About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a service user),

I attended the endoscopy unit in the mid ulster for an OGD! My experience was excellent!

The staff were so polite and friendly and also very knowledgeable about the procedure. I was very nervous, even my blood pressure was high and the nurse who admitted me made me feel very much at ease! (Michelle was her name) during the procedure the nurses and doctors explained everything and made the procedure that bit easier! ( Nurses- Rebecca, Yaz and Demi and two doctors - dr Jill Somerville and a Dr Rachael) 

I would go back here any time as the staff made me so comfortable and informed me of everything going on! They are a credit to the unit!

My name is Debbie Poots, I am Deputy Ward Manager in the Mid Ulster Endoscopy Unit.

I would personally like to thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the care you received while in our unit.

It is great to hear that the knowledge the staff have, shone through in their attention to you while in the unit. We strive to ensure all our patients feel cared for, comfortable and informed at all times in relation to their care.

I will pass your feedback onto Dr Jill, Dr Rachel, Michelle,

Rebecca, Yaz and Demi. They will be delighted to have received such lovely compliments.
