"Parking Ticket at wrong hospital"

I recently had an appointment at the LCU apartment.

 When I arrived with my 19 month old son I found it at far end of RDE. I was told I am in wrong hospital & should be over at Heavitree hospital.  I showed the lady at the desk it said nothing about Heavitree hospital on my appointment & she agreed She then rang Heavitree & said what had happened & asked me if can go straight over to there

So I walked with my son in pushchair back to my van & went straight over there

2 weeks later I received parking ticket though the post.

I really don’t think this was my fault & totally forgot to pay for ticket as in wrong place & rushing to get over to Heaivtree hospital.

Now if the text had said Heavitree hospital I would have gone straight there instead of having all this worry & stress and having to pay a fine.
