"I left with a smile on my face"

I just like to say a huge thank you to Dr Batalla and healthcare support worker Allison (I think?!) for making today’s appointment so lighthearted and, quite frankly, enjoyable!

Having a coil changed is scary as it can be uncomfortable both during and after the procedure. Dr Batalla explained everything beforehand in great detail ( including risks of course.) She also said that she worked quickly, which I now realise to be true… The process was so quick and although uncomfortable she used anaesthetic spray to help minimise this. She even checked the location of the new coil using an ultrasound machine. I left with a smile on my face and surprised at how much more pleasant my third coil insertion had been thank the previous ones!

Thanks again for your skill and good manner Dr Batalla. I couldn’t be happier.
