I recently took my mother - who is in her 80s - for a Dermatology appointment at the Braid Valley.
Dr Austen was just lovely with her. My mother is hard of hearing and Dr Austen spoke slowly and clearly and explained everything that she was doing. She was warm and empathetic with excellent communication skills.
As I said to Dr Austen on the way out, it was a textbook example of how patients like to be treated.
