"Appointment for X-ray"

About: Malvern Community Hospital Worcestershire Royal Hospital

(as a service user),

Received an appointment through for an X-ray at Worcester hospital. I tried for days to call the department to see if I could change to Malvern. They either don’t answer phone or when they do, they hang up. I even tried switchboard and they don’t answer either.

In desperation I rang Malvern Hospital. They are always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They actually rebooked the appointment to tie in with another appointment I had already on that day. Staff at Malvern are amazing and I would always rather go there than Worcester.

Thank you for your feedback which has now been sent to our patient advisory liaison team to ensure that it is fed back to the relevant departments.

I apologise about the issue with the phones to the department at Worcester Hospital this will be raised by the feedback provided through PALS.
