"Absolute angels who went above and beyond"

I recently had encounters with both Siobhan (nurse) and Dianne (on reception) of the Family Planning/Contraceptive Services.

I had a very traumatic and painful reaction to the procedure I had and both Siobhan and Dianne were absolute angels who went above and beyond to comfort and help me. I don’t think I could have made it through without them.

Siobhan was present during the procedure and showed so much care and concern, she really was fantastic and I couldn’t have wished for more support. She held my hand and afterwards rested my legs on her shoulder to help with blood pressure drop. She was so attentive and second to none in her role.

Dianne kept checking upon me and put me at ease from the second I walked in until I left and seemed genuinely worried. I had to return a few days later to a different clinic and Dianne happened to be there again, she remembered me and knew the anxiety I had after the first experience, she hugged, listened and reassured me.

These two women are assets to the service and their dedication and understanding should be recognised. Thank you girls!
