"Made it all so easy for me"

About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Day Hospital

(as a service user),

I attended a day clinic appointment recently to have an iron infusion. I was looked after by the lovely and caring Lynn . She was welcoming and made me feel at ease, she explained everything that was going to happen and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. She made sure I had my nurse call buzzer and left me feeling I was in good hands.  

I left after my treatment feeling I was very well cared for and given advice on after care. I would like to thank Lynn as she made it all so easy for me, a big thank you to her.
