I would like to pass on my appreciation for the treatment I received at FPH today as an outpatient in the ENT dept. My appointment was to check whether I had broken my nose as a result of an accident last week. I had barely sat down in the waiting room before I was seen. The doctor was very thorough and ascertained that I had indeed broken it and offered to undertake treatment there and then. The nurse who assisted her was so kind - it may sound trite but she placed her hand on my arm as I lay having the (very paintul) injections in my face prior to manipulation and that simple gesture was so unbelievably comforting. They were both wonderful and a credit to the NHS. I'm afraid I didn't get the name of either but would be very grateful if you could pass on my gratitude. Thank you.
