"So approachable and responsive"

I was recently a visitor to a friend who was in Roxburghe House . The staff were excellent , very person centred , approachable, caring and compassionate . A great team of staff who were so welcoming . It is a fabulous unit which provides dignified and respectful care . A fantastic unit . My friend talked about how safe and secure she felt .

The staff were so approachable and responsive which made all the difference to my friend’s care . The staff really got to know the patients and were so accommodating to ensure patient’s wishes and last weeks of life were always made that bit better. The whole team were fantastic with a few stand outs , Abbi, Chris, the nurse who was previously a florist , Debbie and all the volunteers - what a team. A credit to the nursing profession.
