I would like to leave this review to give some positive recognition. I had a small procedure in day surgery, Ward 14 , the service was flawless. The staff from HCA/Nurse/senior/Doctors/consultant and anaesthetist were all exceptionally polite and made you feel at ease the whole way through. Everything was explained in great detail.
