I cannot thank you enough! Dr Wright and Mr Mclaughlin are true professionals who really engaged my son and made complex teeth extraction feel like child's play. They really spoil the child with attention and my son loved them!

They have such a tough job on their hands as it's not only ensuring the child is happy but also his parents. This must be so hard - Dr Wright kept me as a parent just as much in his attention as my son and really made us both feel at ease. His bed side manner is second to none and he really cares about his patients! My son had hugely positive experiences with these true professionals and their nursing colleagues! We both thank you so very much for all your amazing work and looking forward to seeing Miss Walker for orthodontic treatment - who is fantastic also! Big massive thanks to you all!

When treated in this department you feel that the healthcare staff really care for their patients and how they feel and really work hard to ensure it's a positive experience for the patient.  My son is 11 and all staff really concentrated on addressing his needs and talked to him on the same level to make sure he understood and was happy with what was happening to him.  They took his preferences into account and explained to him everything he wasn't sure about.  We both felt welcome, informed, valued and really cared for.
